Do you provide direct clinical care?+
No. Global Well BHSC is a consulting firm. We provide policy advisory, technical assistance, workforce training, and monitoring & evaluation — not direct patient care. For clinical services, we refer clients to appropriate providers in our network.
Who are your typical clients?+
Federal and state ministries of health, development partners and multilateral agencies, hospitals and clinics, NGOs and civil-society organisations, and US-based organisations serving the Nigerian and African diaspora.
What geographies do you serve?+
Our primary focus is Nigeria (federal and state levels) and the United States. We support cross-border engagements — including telehealth frameworks, research partnerships, and diaspora-focused programs — connecting both systems.
What languages do you work in?+
All engagements are delivered in English. We can arrange interpretation and adapt training materials for Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, and Nigerian Pidgin on request.
How do you handle patient or client data?+
US engagements involving protected health information follow HIPAA privacy and security requirements. Nigerian engagements comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). We use least-privilege access, encryption in transit, and signed data-use agreements with every client.
Do you accept insurance?+
We are a B2B consulting firm — engagements are contracted directly with the client organisation. Insurance is not applicable to our consulting services.
How long does an engagement typically last?+
Engagements range from short assessments (4–8 weeks) to multi-year systems-strengthening programs. We scope every project against your goals, timeline, and budget.
Can you support grant proposals and fundraising?+
Yes. We provide technical writing, program design, logframes, and evaluation frameworks for grant proposals and funding submissions to bilateral and multilateral funders.
