“Healing begins the moment a person feels heard without judgment — that is the work.”
We partner with government institutions, development agencies, and providers to design, implement, and strengthen evidence-based mental health and addiction response systems — from national policy to frontline workforce.

Global Well BHSC was established to address a critical gap in Nigeria's health landscape: the absence of structured, evidence-informed systems for mental health and addiction care. We work at the intersection of policy, programming, and practice — translating global evidence into locally-led solutions.
Our work spans federal and state government institutions, development partners, and frontline service providers. We believe that sustainable mental health systems are built through policy coherence, workforce capacity, and community accountability — not through isolated interventions.
Leveraging transatlantic expertise, we support national mental health policies, train hundreds of service providers, and provide technical assistance to government agencies at the federal and state levels.
Grounded in peer-reviewed research and rigorous contextual analysis.
Interventions that strengthen entire systems, not just programs.
Nigerian expertise and community voice at the centre of our work.
Unlike traditional wellness providers, we bring expertise in behavioral health systems and organizational consulting. Our programs address both individual well-being and the workplace conditions that influence employee performance.
"Our goal is not simply to reduce stress but to help organizations build resilient teams, strengthen leadership, and create workplaces where people and performance thrive together."

Data-driven design, monitoring, and evaluation systems that build accountability and improve outcomes for individuals, families, and communities.
